Returns Policy

Pro 6 Cycle Inc. ensures customer satisfaction and will accept customer returns within 14 days of the original posted invoice for store credit. Race tires are final sale. Trackdays are bound by the terms and conditions of our trackday policies outlined in our trackday guide.

100% in-store credit will be issued on returns, less the cost of shipping, solely at the discretion of Pro 6 Cycle Inc. All online purchases are non-refundable.

All returned items must be in as-new condition.

Custom ordered parts and non-regular stock items, Dunlop race tires, items with open packaging, product that is missing parts, worn or washed products such as clothing, helmets and riding gear, or sale items, are all final sale.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense with the exception of a product that was mis-shipped on our behalf. Please contact us directly to arrange return shipping prior to shipping returns.

Refunds will be applied to customers original method of payment until the product has been received by Pro 6 Cycle Inc.
